Private rollout is live

Your AI creates the bonus. Your reader journey starts here.

Ask AuthorScout Book Creator in ChatGPT, Claude, or any compatible MCP client to build the bonus. AuthorScout gives it a polished home, delivers it to readers, and keeps the measurable activity organized by book and pen name.

Built for independent authors and publishers. Bonus access is opening gradually.

From an idea to a reader relationship

Four steps, without stitching five tools together.

Stop spending hours creating files, building pages, collecting addresses, and checking separate tools. Give the AI one useful reader outcome; AuthorScout organizes everything that happens after creation.

  1. Creation

Describe the bonus once. Let your AI build it.

Ask AuthorScout Book Creator in ChatGPT, Claude, or a compatible MCP client for a workbook, checklist, planner, reference sheet, or other useful companion. The AI drafts and formats it; you review the result before it goes live.

You avoid starting from a blank page or manually assembling the resource.
  2. Publishing

Give every pen name its own reader home.

Approve the bonus, attach it to the correct book, and publish it on that pen name’s branded page. Unrelated genres and audiences stay separate, even when one publisher manages many identities.

One AuthorScout account can manage the portfolio without creating a new website for every name.
  3. Delivery

Turn a book buyer into a known reader.

Place the page link or QR code inside the book. The reader visits the bonus page, gives clear email consent, and receives the promised file. AuthorScout keeps the registration and download connected to the correct book.

The bonus becomes a genuine reason to choose the book—not an afterthought.
  4. Insight and follow-up

See what readers did, then follow up responsibly.

Track page visits, consented registrations, and bonus downloads by book. Planned email automation and the reply inbox will reduce manual messaging and can invite an honest review after delivery.

AuthorScout can measure a review-link click, but it cannot claim that Amazon published a review.
Designed for real publishing portfolios

Different pen names deserve different front doors.

A certification guide and a beginner craft book should not share the same author identity. Bonus Sites keeps every name, book, bonus, and reader list separate while you manage them from one AuthorScout account.

Your reader control room

See the journey without inventing the outcome.

The dashboard can count visits, consented signups, downloads, replies, and clicks on an honest-review link. A click is not proof that an Amazon review was published, so AuthorScout will never report it as one.

Built for download traffic

Reader files will stay off the main application server.

Public bonus pages already run at Cloudflare’s edge. Managed file uploads are the next implementation step and will use Cloudflare R2 for PDFs, images, worksheets, and ZIP files after the storage subscription is activated and connected.

Good to know

Questions before you publish.

Can every pen name have its own website?

Yes. Each pen name receives a separate public address, book collection, and subscriber list, all controlled from the same AuthorScout workspace.

Can I upload PDFs, images, and ZIP files?

Managed Cloudflare R2 uploads are the next rollout step. The live private version already supports secure HTTPS links to existing bonus files.

Can AuthorScout track Amazon reviews?

It can measure when a reader clicks the review link, but that does not prove a review was submitted or published. The planned sequence can invite an honest review after delivery; bonus access is never conditional on reviewing.

Is Bonus Sites available to everyone?

It is currently in a private administrator rollout while file delivery and email automation are completed. AuthorScout members can join now and will see availability as the rollout expands.
